张北柔性直流电网盈余功率问题的耗能方法Energy Consumption Method for Power Surplus in Zhangbei VSC-Based DC Grid

摘要(Abstract):
张北柔性直流电网工程是世界首个直流电网工程。新能源电场孤岛方式接入直流电网时,由于直流电网故障后电压、电流发展速度和通过交流安控装置切除新能源机组时间匹配困难,特别是在新能源孤岛满功率接入条件下,任何扰动都可能引起直流电网的盈余功率,进而引发直流电网的大面积瘫痪。针对新能源电场孤岛方式接入直流电网的2类盈余功率问题,归纳了6种备选耗能方法。以直流可控耗能电阻、交流耗能避雷器、交流可控耗能电阻为例,对耗能方法展开理论分析,通过张北柔性直流电网工程的电磁暂态仿真验证了理论分析的正确性。结果表明,交流可控耗能电阻方法可较好地解决第1类和第2类盈余功率问题,是张北柔性直流电网工程盈余功率问题较优的解决方案。
