计及非常规调峰的省级电网调峰形势评估Situation Evaluation of Peak Regulation of Provincial Grid Considering Unconventional Peak Regulation

摘要(Abstract):
分析了现有调峰裕度指标及评估方法在计及非常规调峰容量时的适用性;根据实际运行时调峰总是平衡的客观实际,提出了纯凝机组调峰出力率和调峰成本两个新指标;并基于传统调峰平衡思路,针对含复杂电源结构的省级电网,设计了一种简单有效的计算方法。利用该方法,可同时计算出常规调峰裕度、纯凝机组调峰出力率和调峰成本3类指标,从而从不同侧面全面反映省级电网的调峰形势。最后,以我国某省网为例,验证了所提指标及方法的有效性。
