考虑可消纳风电区间的多区电力系统分散协调鲁棒调度方法A Decentralized and Robust Dispatch Approach for Multi-Area Power System Considering Accommodated Wind Power Interval

摘要(Abstract):
多区域分散协调调度是提高电力系统风电消纳水平的有效措施。针对风电出力的不确定性以及多区域电力系统动态经济调度的安全可靠性要求,采用仿射可调节鲁棒优化结合分层协调技术,构建了考虑可消纳风电区间的多区电力系统分散协调鲁棒调度模型,将跨区电力系统可消纳的风电区间与自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)机组的参与因子一同优化,以确保调度方案的可行性。基于目标级联分析技术,建立由各区域优化调度并行子问题和确保区域间联络线安全运行主问题组成的分散调度实现方法。以2区12节点和3区354节点算例验证了所提模型通过同时优化跨区系统可消纳的风电区间和AGC机组的参与因子,能够有效应对风电出力的不确定性,实现了多区电力系统整体运行的经济性和风电消纳最大化。
