基于负荷恢复策略的配电网N-1安全评估Security Evaluation Under N-1 for Distribution Network Based on Load Restoration Strategies

摘要(Abstract):
配电网一般辐射状运行,任何故障都可能导致部分负荷的瞬时或永久失电。配网中故障后的失电负荷往往可以自动或手动实现复电,因此考虑恢复控制因素的系统故障后失电负荷情况,更能表征配电网当前运行的安全性。首先给出了以恢复更多失电负荷为目标的恢复模型,该优化模型具有混合整数非线性的约束形式,可由CPLEX软件有效求解。在此基础上结合配电网N-1故障仿真,建立了安全评估的指标。算例结果验证了该评估方法的有效性。
