面向含风电楼宇的电动汽车优化调度策略Optimal Scheduling Strategy for Electric Vehicles in Buildings With Wind Power

摘要(Abstract):
为解决未来大规模电动汽车充放电调度问题,设计了一种面向含风电楼宇的电动汽车优化调度策略。构建楼宇电动汽车模型,通过楼宇能量管理系统收集电动汽车日前申报信息,根据出行链将其分群,建立电网层–用户层双层优化调度模型。分别以电网消纳风电后的负荷波动率最小,车主出行需求最大为目标函数,采用改进自适应遗传算法依次求解出楼宇整体充放电策略、EV群充放电策略和每辆EV的调度策略。算例结果表明,该优化调度方法可实现电网与用户的利益共赢,且计算维度小,速度快,不易陷入局部最优。
