基于S变换的行波相位比较式方向继电器S Transform Based Travelling Wave Phase Comparison Directional Relay

摘要(Abstract):
为了提高行波保护在小初始角故障时的灵敏性与可靠性,降低行波保护的采样频率,提出基于S变换的初始行波相位比较式方向继电器。通过分析故障初始电压、电流行波之间的关系特征,定义了初始行波相位差,该相位差的大小仅由故障网络决定,与故障距离、过渡电阻、故障类型等因素无关。利用S变换提取单频率的电压、电流初始行波在时域中的幅值、相位,并计算初始行波相位差,通过比较该相位差与整定值的大小判断故障方向。PSCAD/EMTDC仿真研究中采样频率为25 kHz。大量仿真结果表明:该算法能可靠、灵敏、超高速识别正反方向故障,其性能受故障初始角、故障类型、故障距离、故障电阻的影响小。
