含微网配电网规划中的电能质量综合评估Comprehensive Power Quality Assessment on Distribution Network Planning Containing Micro-Grid

摘要(Abstract):
针对含微网的配电网规划阶段的特殊条件,提出了基于层次分析法的电能质量综合评估方法。首先通过分析判断矩阵与比较矩阵对应元素之间的联系,改进判断矩阵的一致性,得到具有合理一致性比例的指标权重。在此基础上,运用层次分析法结合微网中含有的不同类型的分布式电源及其容量,以及各个微网接入点的短路容量等条件,将电压偏差、电压波动和闪变、谐波畸变率,三相不平衡度、频率偏差等指标综合量化,得到电能质量的综合性评价指标。最后通过案例实现该综合评估方法的应用。
