适用于电力系统中长期动态仿真的风电机组有功控制模型An Active Power Control Model of Wind Power Generating Unit Suitable for Medium- and Long-Term Dynamic Simulation of Power Grid

摘要(Abstract):
随着风电大规模接入电网,调度部门对其有功控制及参与系统调频、调峰提出了更高的要求。针对目前仿真中风电不具备进行分钟级动态过程研究的模型,只能定性分析参与自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)调节等有功控制的问题,该文提出了适用于中长期动态仿真的风电机组有功控制模型,并在电力系统全过程仿真程序中予以编程实现。该模型以风速持续波动、调度安排出力、AGC调控指令作为输入,通过调节桨距角控制风机的出力变化。模型可用于模拟风机出力波动及对电网的影响,并对风机参与AGC调控的过程进行动态仿真分析。仿真算例表明,该模型可为研究风电机组配合AGC参与电力系统有功、频率的调整提供有效的仿真手段。
