计及大用户负荷管理的可再生能源消纳Renewable Energy Consumption Based on Large Consumer Load Management

摘要(Abstract):
负荷类型的不断复杂化、用户用电行为的不确定性,以及分布式可再生能源的高比例接入,导致配电网支撑下区域能源互联网的结构和潮流均发生了明显变化,也加大了电能传输和分配的复杂度,亟需提升分布式可再生能源接入下负荷管理的优化水平。首先从配电网的可再生能源消纳、灵活调度、多元控制需求出发,提出了含分布式可再生能源(distributed renewable energy,DREG)的负荷管理优化场景,设计了基于能源路由器的源荷协同优化方案;其次,通过用户影响度、负荷弹性度、公平性因子综合判断区域级用电大用户调度优先级,构建了基于调度优先级的可再生能源消纳引导机制;最后,通过多目标遗传算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II,NSGA-II)验证了基于大用户调度优先级的负荷管理优化机制,结果表明通过能源路由器的有效控制和适当的消纳引导机制可平稳负荷曲线、有效促进可再生能源消纳。
