以风电场效益最大为目标的风电装机容量优化Installed Capacity Optimization of Wind Turbine Generators Considering Maximum Economic Benefit of Wind Farm

摘要(Abstract):
针对风电机机组出力的随机性,将机会约束规划用于优化风电场的装机容量,建立了以风电场净收益最大为规划目标,以投资成本、线路的传输能力限制、系统对旋转备用的要求以及常规机组出力限制等为约束的数学模型。将蒙特卡洛模拟方法与遗传算法相结合对上述模型进行求解。以IEEE 30节点系统为例进行仿真,验证了文中方法的有效性。文中方法综合考虑系统运行约束和经济约束,能找到风电场效益最大的风电场容量以及相应的风电场最大收益,具有较好的工程应用价值。
