基于储能技术并网的高穿透功率风电广义运行成本计算模型研究Research on Generalized Operating Cost Calculation Model of Energy Storage System Based Grid-Connection of High Wind Power Penetration

摘要(Abstract):
在讨论高穿透功率风电对现代电力系统构成的并网技术挑战的基础上,提出并建立了基于储能技术的高穿透功率风电并网运行的条件建设补偿成本的概念和计算模型,研究了基于储能技术补偿风电功率预报误差、抑制风电反调峰和宽幅波动后的风电备用容量的惩罚成本,包括风电备用的容量成本和电量成本的计算方法和模型,建立了电网弃风运行的补偿成本计算模型;分析了大规模风电并网发电对现代电力市场及其产业政策的影响,提出并建立了反映电力发展求的风电运行成本计算模型;后,建立了高穿透功率风电广义运行成本计算模型。通过算例仿真进步讨论了:风电穿透功率较高时不宜将风电当成负值负荷计算风电备用容量,风电功率预报误差和风电场装机容量等因素对风电备用容量的电量成本和广义运行成本有较大的影响。
