基于CCHP耦合的电力、天然气区域综合能源系统优化规划Optimization Planning of Integrated Electricity-Gas Community Energy System Based on Coupled CCHP

摘要(Abstract):
提出了一种基于冷热电联供系统(combined cooling heating and power system,CCHP)耦合的电力、天然气区域综合能源系统(integrated community energy system,ICES)优化规划模型,考虑配电线路、燃气管道的规划和运行,用CCHP作为电—气耦合枢纽,以ICES总投资、运行成本最低为优化目标,进行多阶段规划和多场景分析。通过算例仿真,得到了配电线路、燃气管道的扩容和新建方案以及CCHP的选址定容方案,验证了模型的合理性;相比于传统分供系统(separation production,SP),采用CCHP作为耦合枢纽的优化模型具有更高的经济性;同时分析了电价、天然气价格对CCHP系统购电量、购气量的影响。
