配电网的剩余供电能力实用模型The Practical Residue Supply Capability Model of Distribution Network

摘要(Abstract):
配电系统剩余供电能力(RSC)给出了在节点负荷不需要减少的前提下,配电网可利用的供电潜力,由于该指标不需要切减已有负荷,因此更能指导实际运行。已有的RSC模型没有考虑网络重构,对已有模型进行改进,得到了合理考虑网络重构,能够优化分段开关和联络开关位置的实用剩余供电能力模型,并证明了该模型能进一步优化配电网开关分布,并充分发挥配电网的供电潜力。首先,介绍了RSC的定义、已有的模型和应用场景;其次,改进已有的RSC模型,得到更完善的实用剩余供电能力模型(RSCp),阐述其应用场景,并给出了求解方法;再次,推理说明了该模型比已有RSC模型更能深入挖掘配电网的供电潜力;最后,结合算例说明文中模型的实用性和正确性。文中论证了较为完善的配电系统剩余供电能力模型,能够优化分段开关和联络开关的选取策略,更适合指导电网运行,有利于高效利用配电网的供电潜力、提高资产利用率。
