考虑负荷均衡的220 kV电网供电能力多目标优化Multi-Objective Optimization of Power Supply Capability of 220 kV Power Grid Concerning Load Balance

摘要(Abstract):
负荷均衡性是供电能力研究中不可忽视的一个重要关注点,但在单目标的供电能力计算中常常出现负荷分布失衡的现象。针对考虑负荷均衡的供电能力评估问题,在对上述现象进行系列实验分析的基础上,从协调二者冲突的角度建立了供电能力多目标优化模型。该模型以供电能力最大和负荷均衡度最高为目标,并满足N-1安全准则。采用非支配排序遗传算法搜索多目标Pareto前沿,并用熵权理想度排序法进行折中最优解的决策。算例分析结果显示,相比于现有方法,所提方法能够揭示负荷合理分布下电网的安全运行边界,优化结果的合理性且可行性更高。上述研究可为供电裕度的分析提供量化辅助手段,为最大限度消纳新增负荷、制定合理的负荷调整方案提供实用的参考依据。
