基于分区分压的配电网供电能力计算实用方法A Practical Method for Calculating Power Supply Capacity of Distribution Network Based on Power Supply Subareas and Sub-networks of Different Voltages

摘要(Abstract):
从实际规划应用的目的出发,基于采用简单方法解决大规模复杂问题的思路,给出了2种供电能力的明确定义,提出了一种基于分区分压的配电网整体供电能力计算模型和方法。基于电气上相对独立划分的供电分区,相同电压等级配电网的供电能力采用其分区供电能力直接累加求得;基于不同电压等级配电网间供电能力的相互制约,多电压等级配电网整体供电能力取相关电压等级配电网供电能力中的最小值获得。其中,推导了将线路允许电压损耗转化为相应容量约束的近似估算公式,较为简捷地考虑了电压质量对供电能力计算的影响;推导了高压和中压分区供电能力的近似估算公式,便于人工计算或干预;针对通过中压线路相互联络的高中压供电分区,根据馈线现状负荷及其变化趋势预测计算相应的供电能力,使结果更符合实际。基于上述分区分压的计算过程可以直观方便地识别配电网的薄弱环节,并据此制定提升供电能力的措施或方案。算例结果表明,与现有供电能力计算方法相比,该模型和方法直观、简捷、稳定和有效,便于在实际工程中推广运用。
