欧洲低碳电力路线分析Analysis of European Low Carbon Electricity Roadmap

摘要(Abstract):
面对日益严重的气候变化与能源紧缺问题,低碳电力是世界各国电力发展的必然趋势。欧盟一直积极推进低碳电力建设,并设定了2050年的温室气体减排目标,很多欧盟组织机构围绕低碳电力目标的可行性及发展路线开展相关研究。根据发布的相关研究报告,总结介绍了欧盟低碳电力在电源侧、电网侧和需求侧的发展路线。主要思想是充分利用开发地区能源资源禀赋,在泛欧洲范围内实现多种类型清洁能源的互联互补,大范围、高能效地进行能源供需的平衡与配置。主要措施包括转型低碳能源结构、开发大型可再生能源基地、建设以泛欧洲超级电网为主干网架的智能电网、加强需求侧建设等。最后,讨论了欧洲低碳电力发展路线对中国未来低碳电力建设的启示。
