考虑预测误差的交直流混合微电网经济调度策略Economic Dispatch of Hybrid AC/DC Microgrid Considering Prediction Error

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统交直流混合微电网调度策略依赖日前预测的准确性,且忽略微电网日内调度的经济性等问题,提出了一种考虑预测误差的交直流混合微电网能量管理经济调度策略。该策略包括日前调度、日内预调度和日内调度3个阶段。在日前调度阶段根据日前预测,以微电网经济运行为目标调度微电网内可控单元。在日内预调度阶段引入神经网络作为日内调度模型,模拟新能源、负荷和微网内可控单元日内调度情况,训练日内调度模型,为日内调度做准备。在日内调度阶段根据日内超短期预测和日前预测,使用日内调度模型调度微电网可控单元。通过模拟新能源和负荷的波动情况,对交直流混合微电网进行日内经济调度。既保障了微电网与配电网之间联络线交互功率的一致性,又保障了微电网日内运行的经济性。最后在算例中通过日后最优调度验证了调度策略的经济性和有效性。
