考虑可再生能源不确定性的输电网多目标混成自动电压控制Multi-Objective Hybrid Voltage Control of Transmission Network Considering the Uncertainty of Renewable Power Sources

摘要(Abstract):
针对含可再生能源的电力系统提出了一套多目标混成自动电压控制方法。该方法主要解决了电力混成控制系统所面临的2个关键问题:首先对自动电压控制所面临的不确定性进行分析,提出了指标控制界限的制定方法,该界限可用于触发控制和作为优化模型的约束,完善了混成控制理论框架;然后将处理多峰问题性能稳定的基于非对称势阱的量子粒子群算法改造为多目标形式,用以在安全性和经济性上同时对电网进行优化,并提出了最优解的选取方法,使设计的方法可用于闭环控制。算例验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
