考虑时域特性的异构温控负荷联合调控策略Joint Control Strategy of Heterogeneous Temperature Control Load Considering Time Domain Characteristics

摘要(Abstract):
随着大规模具备不确定性的分布式新能源接入,利用需求侧柔性负荷消纳分布式新能源是有效技术手段。针对大量温控负荷消纳新能源电量后闲置、长时段不使用的现象,文章通过对电热水器、中央空调等典型温控负荷时域使用行为的精准分析,利用具备使用行为的温控负荷对新能源实施消纳,提出了一种考虑时域特性异构温控负荷联合调控策略。首先,基于贝叶斯网络对电热水器、中央空调的时域使用行为进行预测,建立时域行为概率模型;基于此,提出了面向新能源消纳的中央空调与电热水器联合调控策略,与传统温控负荷状态序列调控策略对比,所提策略在对新能源曲线进行有效消纳的基础上,能够充分与负荷使用时段相匹配,避免了大量温控负荷在消纳新能源电量后的闲置现象,减少了温控负荷闲置时的自然散热损失,提高了能源的用能效率。
