基于Hankel矩阵和奇异值分解的局部放电窄带干扰抑制方法A Method of Suppressing Narrow-band Interference in Partial Discharge Based on Hankel Matrix and Singular Value Decomposition

摘要(Abstract):
针对高压设备局部放电信号的周期性窄带干扰抑制问题,提出一种基于Hankel矩阵和奇异值分解的窄带干扰抑制方法。首先,通过染噪局部放电信号采样序列构造Hankel矩阵,作为轨迹矩阵,并对其做奇异值分解;研究窄带干扰奇异值分解的规律,并在该规律的基础上利用奇异熵增量和K均值算法找出窄带干扰对应的奇异值,对窄带干扰进行重构;得到窄带干扰后,从染噪信号中将其除去,获得只含有白噪声的局放(partial discharge,PD)信号。对染噪局部放电仿真信号、实测信号进行窄带干扰抑制,并与改进FFT阈值法、小波降噪的结果进行对比分析。结果表明:该方法对窄带干扰的抑制效果更好,波形相似度更高。
