含风电电力系统的多场景鲁棒调度方法A Multi-Scenario Robust Dispatch Method for Power Grid Integrated With Wind Farms

摘要(Abstract):
提出风电多场景的鲁棒备用调度模式和鲁棒经济调度模式,并建立一种综合体现两种调度模式的鲁棒调度方法,旨在降低风电出力不确定性对电力系统安全经济运行的影响。该方法描述了常规机组的鲁棒运行轨迹以适应所有的风电场景,并保证系统在不同场景下运行的安全性,同时引入最小最大化的鲁棒优化思想,建立常规水、火机组出力与备用协调的两阶段优化模型。针对多场景模型的复杂性,采用极端场景法对模型的约束条件进行合理削减,并基于Benders分解思想构建算法的整体框架和流程。最后基于改进的IEEE 24节点系统分析了所建模型的鲁棒性、经济性和安全性,验证了所提出方法的正确性与有效性。
