基于云模型的激励型区域柔性负荷响应不确定性研究Uncertainty of Regional Incentive Flexible Load Based on Cloud Model

摘要(Abstract):
区域柔性负荷可综合体现各类柔性负荷的响应特性,是未来主动参与新能源消纳的重要主体。文章首先以不同类型柔性负荷的响应模型为基础,建立区域柔性负荷的确定性响应模型;其次,分析激励水平对需求响应特性的影响,建立基于云模型理论的区域柔性负荷响应不确定性模型;进一步,在响应云的置信区间内,确立调度模型中系统的可信性功率平衡机会约束;然后,针对区域柔性负荷参与的主动配电网调度问题,建立以系统运行成本最低为目标的优化调度模型,并利用粒子群算法求解此模型;最后通过仿真分析,得出不同激励水平、不同柔性负荷占有量下区域柔性负荷的响应特性,从而为系统利用区域柔性负荷消纳新能源提供理论参考。
