基于风险的电力系统暂态电压崩溃评估Risk Based Assessment on Transient Voltage Collapse in Power Grid

摘要(Abstract):
传统的电力系统暂态电压稳定性分析都是采用确定性分析方法。这种方法以最严重但发生概率较低的故障来对系统进行电压稳定的校验,其结果过于保守。风险评估的方法能较好地克服以上缺点。提出了一种计及多种不确定因素的暂态电压稳定风险评估方法。该方法将防止系统暂态电压崩溃而采取的控制措施造成的控制成本作为系统失去暂态稳定性的严重度,并基于所得到的风险指标对事故进行了筛选与排序。IEEE-9节点系统的评估结果证明了所提方法的可行性。
