基于电源聚合-分解模型的新能源电力系统月度发电计划优化方法Monthly Generation Scheduling Method of Renewable Energy Power System Based on Power Plant Aggregation & Decomposition Models

摘要(Abstract):
针对高比例新能源电力系统出力随机波动性强、月度机组组合优化困难等问题,提出了一种基于电源聚合-分解模型的月度发电计划优化方法。首先,在区域电网聚合框架下,建立基于相同类型火电机组和风电场、光伏电站汇集节点的电源聚合模型;然后,以新能源月度出力多场景为输入,以全网发电经济性与清洁性最优为优化目标,建立月度机组组合聚合优化模型,确定聚合火电机组和新能源场站的总运行台数和总出力;最后,考虑系统节能发电、"三公"调度、机组运行约束、场站资源特性等因素,分别建立火电机组运行状态分解优化模型、发电经济调度优化模型、新能源场站电量计划分解模型,确定满足所有新能源出力场景的火电机组最优机组组合方式和新能源场站电量计划。算例基于"三北"地区某省级电网实际数据开展测算,结果验证了所提出方法的有效性和实用性。
