基于环间联络和配电自动化的配电网高可靠性设计方案A Design Scheme of High-Reliable Distribution Network Based on Tie Line Between Ring-Shaped Distribution Networks and Distribution Automation

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统单环网结构无法满足城市重点地区供电可靠性要求,同时双环网结构在旧城区难以实现的问题,提出基于环间联络和配电自动化的配电网设计方案。环间联络表示在2回电缆环网之间增设1路备用联络线的网架优化方案。通过概率分布建模和计算,研究了环间联络线对负荷转移能力的影响。考虑联络线效用、重要负荷保障、投资建设成本3个因素,讨论了联络线落点位置的选择原则。为充分发挥环间联络结构的负荷转移能力优势,并降低故障处理时长,提出集中式和分布式协调配合的配电自动化设计方案,包括详细动作逻辑。最后,基于样本停电数据的可靠性分析结果验证了本设计方案的有效性,并比较了网架结构优化和配电自动化各自的应用效果和投资回报率。
