呼辽直流孤岛运行方式下送端系统频率特性及控制策略Sending End Frequency Characteristics Under Islanded Operation Mode of HVDC Transmission System From Hulun Buir to Liaoning and Corresponding Control Strategy

摘要(Abstract):
呼伦贝尔—辽宁高压直流输电工程在正常运行方式下断开伊敏3期电厂与伊敏1、2期电厂之间的联络开关,或送端交流系统因线路故障与东北电网失去电气联系时,将进入孤岛运行。研究了呼辽直流联网转孤岛和孤岛运行时的频率特性。通过发电机调频、直流频率控制模块以及相应的安稳措施提出了呼辽孤岛正常和故障运行方式下的频率控制策略。仿真结果表明,所提出的控制措施可以保证呼辽直流正常运行和故障情况下的系统稳定性。
