考虑控制动作顺序的省网电压控制系统Research on Automatic Voltage Control System of Provincial Power Network Considering Impact of Sequence of Control Actions

摘要(Abstract):
目前以三级控制模式为基础的自动电压控制策略大都假定所有控制设备可以并行操作、且同时完成动作。作者首先以电厂自动电压控制系统为例,分析了实际设备动作速度不一致可能造成的监控节点电压或机组无功出力越限情况,然后以减少控制过程中的电压波动为目标建立了控制动作顺序优化模型,并给出了不同控制时序下设备整定值的修正算法,最后通过福建电网实际数据的仿真结果证明了模型和算法的有效性。
