基于相电流差的短路故障快速识别方法Fast Short-circuit Fault Identification Method Based on Phase Current Difference

摘要(Abstract):
故障电流限制器(fault current limiter,FCL)的动作速度与短路故障的识别速度密切相关。电力系统发生单相故障时,非故障相FCL不宜动作,因此,FCL动作定值需大于单相故障时非故障相的电流变化,导致定值提高,识别速度降低。针对这一问题,该文提出相电流差判据,可在故障发生后迅速判断是否为其他相的单相接地故障,降低本相FCL动作定值。该文对相电流差特性进行理论分析,并利用其降低电流瞬时值判据的整定值,形成新的短路故障快速识别方法。通过仿真计算和现场短路电流分析,证明所提方法具有识别速度快、计算量少、可靠性高等特点。
