基于机会约束规划的风–蓄联合动态经济调度A Chance-Constrained Programming Based Dynamic Economic Dispatch of Wind Farm and Pumped-Storage Power Station

摘要(Abstract):
大规模具有随机性、波动性和反调峰特性的风电接入电力系统后,给电力系统的调度运行带来了很大挑战。针对风电出力特性,提出了基于智能能量管理系统(smart energymanagement system,SEMS)的风-蓄联合调度策略,基于随机规划理论建立了经抽水储能平抑后以风电功率波动最小和火电运行成本最低为目标的风–蓄联合运行的电力系统动态经济调度模型,并采用混沌粒子群优化算法求解模型。仿真结果表明了该调度策略的合理性及有效性。
