交流110kV复合绝缘子高压端内部气隙尺寸对电场分布的影响Study on Influence of Air Gap Size in High-Voltage Terminal on Electric Field Distribution of AC 110kV Composite Insulator

摘要(Abstract):
复合绝缘子高压端护套内部存在气隙时导致电场畸变,引起内部局部放电,长期的局部放电可能导致护套击穿,降低芯棒的机械性能,从而引发芯棒断裂。气隙尺寸是影响内部电场畸变的主要原因,应用有限元分析软件COMSOL建立了交流110 k V复合绝缘子气隙三维模型,计算分析了气隙尺寸中跨度、厚度、长度,对内部气隙电场分布的影响。结果表明:相比完好状况,高压端护套内部气隙场强最大值大约提高1.5~4倍,内部气隙承担的场强远高于介质承担的场强。内部气隙场强最大值与跨度、厚度之间呈正相关,与长度之间呈负相关,跨度和长度的影响逐渐减弱,后期趋于平稳,而厚度的影响后期依旧显著。气隙尺寸中跨度、厚度、长度,三者对内部气隙场强的影响存在交互效应,可通过数值分析将其等效成三元三次多项式回归模型。
