具有开断效应的半导体防冰涂层绝缘子外绝缘性能的试验研究Experimental Research on External Insulation Performance of Semiconductive Anti-Icing Coated Insulators With Switch-Off Effect

摘要(Abstract):
绝缘子表面的覆冰会引发覆冰闪络,造成停电事故。在绝缘子表面部分涂敷半导体防冰涂料是一种良好的防冰方法,并且已经在几个试验点挂网运行,然而需要对涂有防冰涂料的绝缘子的外绝缘性能做进一步研究。使用XHP-210型瓷绝缘子,对涂有半导体防冰涂料和未涂涂料的绝缘子进行人工覆冰、污秽和淋雨试验,测量并记录了覆冰桥接度、泄漏电流和闪络电压。试验结果表明,半导体防冰涂料的防冰效果良好,提高了覆冰闪络电压,同时在污秽和淋雨条件下的闪络电压高于普通绝缘子。这表明半导体防冰涂层绝缘子的外绝缘性能明显优于普通绝缘子。研究成果可为半导体防冰涂料在输电线路绝缘子上的应用和进一步推广提供重要的参考价值。
