主动配电网中储能和需求侧响应的联合优化规划Integrated Optimal Planning of Energy Storage and Demand Side Response in Active Power Distribution Network

摘要(Abstract):
提出一种含分布式电源的配电网中储能系统和需求侧可中断负荷响应相互配合的优化规划模型,用于传统被动配电网向主动配电网的过渡。在规划决策方面,以全社会综合经济效益最大化为目标,考虑储能系统投资和运行维护的成本、可中断负荷响应的补偿费用、储能系统低储高放套利、节约电能损耗收益和削峰收益,建立数学模型。在运行策略方面,用启发式方法制定储能系统的充放电策略和可中断负荷的中断响应策略,配合规划决策。采用嵌入启发式方法的遗传算法求解规划模型。算例分析结果证明了联合优化规划模型的有效性,与储能系统和需求侧可中断负荷响应分阶段单独规划相比具有更高的经济效益,分别将所提出的储能系统充放电策略和可中断负荷中断响应策略与按现有方法制定的策略进行对比,说明了所提策略的优越性。
