电力系统数字光电量测系统的原理及技术PRINCIPLE AND TECHNOLOGY OF DIGITAL ELECTRO OPTIC MEASUREMENT FOR POWER SYSTEM

摘要(Abstract):
数字技术几乎已经覆盖电力系统二次系统的各个领域。控制、保护和量测已由微处理器软件来实现。二次系统的这种技术变化要求开发新型的低电平输出的电压和电流变换系统。文章分析了常规电压和电流互感器面临的问题 ,提出了新的解决途径 ,即采用低功率、紧凑型数字光电量测系统。讨论了罗柯夫斯基电流变换、磁光电流变换、电光电压变换和数字量测系统的原理和技术。介绍了国外现场试验的经验。理论分析和现场试验表明 :数字光电量测系统明显优越于基于常规电压和电流互感器的量测系统
