特高压交流输电线路跨越500kV塔顶带电作业电场特性及安全防护研究Study on Electric Field Distribution Characteristics of Live-Working and Protection for Crossing Project of 1000kV-Over-500kV AC Transmission Lines

摘要(Abstract):
为掌握1000 kV特高压交流双回输电线路跨越500 kV交流线路时,下侧500 kV线路杆塔检修区域电场分布特性,支撑垂直跨越距离的合理配置和人员安全防护,建立交叉跨越杆塔及线路三维电场模型,系统分析了跨越交叉角、跨越高度、偏移距离等条件对下侧杆塔检修区域的空间及带电作业人体表面电场影响。研究结果表明,跨越距离为16 m时,30?交叉角与90?交叉角对比,下侧500 kV塔顶最大场强增大63.1%;在实际工程交叉跨越设计时,建议跨越角度选择垂直跨越;如需在60°和30°交叉角跨越时,检修区域作业人员应佩戴屏蔽面罩。
