基于扩展状态空间分割法的含风电场电力系统运行备用风险评估Extended State-Space Partitioning Based Operating Reserve Risk Assessment for Power Grid Connected With Wind Farms

摘要(Abstract):
风功率的随机波动特性要求电网合理安排运行备用容量。评估大规模风电接入后电力系统的运行备用风险成为合理安排电网运行备用需要解决的首要问题。提出了一种基于扩展状态空间分割法的含风电场的电力系统运行备用评估方法。该方法可以处理风机多状态模型,同时考虑了风机自身的随机停运和风速预测的不确定性,将全状态空间划分为2个区域,分别采用枚举法和模拟法对2个子空间的系统状态进行选择,从而实现快速精确的风险评估。对我国某实际区域电网的计算分析验证了该算法的正确性和有效性。
