分布式电池储能在含高比例可再生能源不平衡配电网中的序次优化配置Sequential and Optimal Placement of Distributed Battery Energy Storage Systems Within Unbalanced Distribution Networks Hosting High Renewable Penetrations

摘要(Abstract):
分布式电池储能系统(battery energy storage system,BESS)在含高比例分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)的配电网中发挥着重要作用,如负荷平移、电压管理及降损等,而BESS的作用能否得到充分利用很大程度上取决于其配置。提出了一种针对含高比例DG不平衡配网的BESS优化配置模型。模型计及了时变负荷和DG出力及分时电价的影响,并以BESS一次投资和运维成本最小及降损和削峰填谷收益最大为优化目标。针对上述典型混合整型非线性规划问题和配网优化潮流问题,采用粒子群优化算法和直接潮流算法进行联合求解。在此基础上,为提高BESS配置的合理性和经济性,提出一种基于综合损耗灵敏度分析的新型序次配置策略。最后,通过澳大利亚真实配网开展仿真分析,验证所提BESS优化配置模型和序次配置策略的可行性、有效性与优越性。
