上海城市配电网规划辅助决策系统Decision-Making Support System for Urban Distribution Network Planning of Shanghai

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了基于地理信息系统(geographic information system,GIS)的上海城市配电网规划计算机辅助决策系统的整体架构和功能设计,通过应用实例展示了系统各模块的功能和主要规划结果。该系统结合电力公司日常规划业务,充分利用现有资源,采用最新的计算机技术和配电网规划专业技术实现,优化了城市电网规划结果,同时可显著减轻规划人员的工作量。与传统规划软件相比,该系统具有较高的科学性和实用化水平,为最终实现配电网规划工作的信息化、日常化和精细化奠定了基础。
