基于变电站主接线等效模型的全电压等级可靠性评估方法Overall Voltage Level Reliability Assessment of Power System Based on Equivalent Model of Substations

摘要(Abstract):
在以往对配电网可靠性的研究中,通常独立分析配电网,而对配电网与变电站、配电网与主网间的相互关系分析不足,同时对配电网中设备间的共模故障影响研究仍有待加强。为此,从多电压等级配电网主接线运行特性出发,考虑断路器等隔离装置的共模失效特性,提出共模关联设备概念以及扩展最小割集算法,并建立了变电站等效模型,设计了配电网可靠性评估算法,从而实现全电压等级可靠性评估。在此基础上,结合实际电网算例分析了系统的可靠性薄弱环节,评估指标可以更真实地反映实际用户的供电可靠性水平。
