AMI量测用于配电网在线状态估计的可信度建模及分析Credibility Modelling and Analysis of AMI Measurements for On-line Distribution State Estimation

摘要(Abstract):
高级量测体系(advanced metering infrastructure,AMI)的推广,提高了中低压配电网系统范围的可观测性。然而,通过召测模式采集的AMI量测存在时间不同步的问题,将这些量测直接用于系统分析会造成较大的误差甚至出现不收敛的情况。针对此问题,该文提出一种基于AMI异步量测可信度分析和建模的配电网在线状态估计方法。首先利用即时电表历史量测和配变日负荷曲线,建立基于离线数据样本分析的精细化的AMI异步量测可信度模型;进而运用求得的可信度模型,确定各在线AMI异步量测的权重,估算系统状态的95%置信区间。以116节点中低压一体化配电网为例,分别从局部和全系统的角度,验证了在线场景下系统状态的95%置信区间的准确性和灵敏性。
