摘要(Abstract)：

为了提高配电网可靠性评估的计算效率,在深入分析故障模式与后果分析法(failure mode and effects analysis,FMEA)机制的基础上,提出了基于配电网中的开关元件进行分区的方法,以配电网中的断路器或者分段开关作为边界元件对配电网分区,形成元件组,以元件组为基本单元进行可靠性分析,考虑了负荷转移和潮流约束的影响,将单个元件对负荷点的可靠性的影响转变为元件组整体对负荷点的可靠性的影响。算例结果验证了该方法的有效性。
