大容量远距离交流输电系统无功平衡及稳态电压控制Reactive Power Balance and Steady Voltage Control of Large-Scale Long-Distance AC Transmission System

摘要(Abstract):
针对大容量远距离输电系统充电功率大,无功电压控制困难特点,提出了高抗和低压无功补偿配置原则及方法。分析了电压控制需要考虑的技术问题,如无功补偿设备投切策略、稳态过电压措施、应用可控高抗调压等。提出了特高压试验示范工程无功补偿及电压控制方案,结合甘肃酒泉风电外送系统研究了可控高抗配置方案配置方法。
