分布式发电条件下配电网重合器的优化配置Optimization Placement of Recloser in DG-Enhanced Distribution Network

摘要(Abstract):
提出了一种在分布式发电条件下配电网保护设备位置优化配置的方法,以提高系统及用户侧的供电可靠性。首先分析了配电系统引入分布式发电对重合器动作的影响,并建立了配电网重合器位置最优配置的数学模型。利用区域模型进行配电系统可靠性评估,根据重合器位置以馈线为单位,进行馈线分区,采用区域故障模式影响分析法进行计算。基于迁移策略的多种群遗传算法给出了模型的求解算法,此算法引入多个种群同时优化搜索,克服了普通遗传算法收敛速度慢,且易陷入局部收敛的问题。通过算例,验证了该方法的有效性。
