风电场动静态无功补偿协调控制策略Study on Coordinated Control Strategy of Dynamic and Static Reactive Compensation in Wind Farm

摘要(Abstract):
现有从单个时间断面、单一类型的无功补偿手段出发的风电场电压控制策略难以适应风电多时间尺度上的波动。风电场有丰富的无功源,综合协调多种动、静态无功补偿设备的调节特性是保证控制策略始终具有较好效果的关键。文章引入预测,建立风电场"计划+在线+紧急"多层动静态电压协调控制模型,利用大容量静态调节设备对风电场的无功电压进行大幅调节;利用动态调节设备补偿小幅波动,并在暂态过程中提供电压支撑。通过对不同时间尺度的风电场进行经济性与安全性的优化,实现各类无功补偿的协调控制。仿真结果验证了上述控制策略的有效性与优越性。
