基于场景概率的含风电系统多目标低碳经济调度Scenario Probability Based Multi-Objective Optimized Low-Carbon Economic Dispatching for Power Grid Integrated With Wind Farms

摘要(Abstract):
提出了基于场景概率的含风电系统的低碳经济调度多目标优化模型。考虑负荷需求、风电出力以及碳交易价格等输入变量预测值的不确定性,提出一种应对不确定问题的场景概率模拟方法,建立更符合实际的多目标优化模型。多目标模型中包含了考虑风电成本的经济调度目标和考虑碳交易的低碳调度目标。为方便分析碳交易对调度结果的影响,定义了平均购电费用、风电价格补贴、机组平均出力份额等评价指标。采用改进的多目标粒子群算法进行优化求解,基于该模型,仿真比较了采用确定方法、随机方法和场景概率方法的优化调度结果,分析了不同目标函数的3种调度方案,最后计算了是否考虑碳交易的评价指标。结果表明,上述优化模型有效可行,算法合理。
