计及网损的配电网电池储能站优化运行策略Optimal Operation Strategy of Battery Energy Storage System in Distribution Networks With Consideration of Power Losses

摘要(Abstract):
通常接入配电网的电池储能站的运行以削峰填谷为优化目标,在此基础上,增加了减少网损这个因素。为此,基于配电网辐射型结构的特点,设计了简化的网损计算方法,建立相应的电池储能站优化运行模型。利用电池储能站的运行特点,采用双层优化方法进行求解:外层利用遗传算法对电池储能站的充放电状态进行优化,内层利用二次规划法计算外层遗传算法中个体的适应度,从而分别得到给定条件下最优的充放电状态及充放电功率。通过算例分析了电池储能站的接入位置和运行方案在不同特性负荷曲线下对网损的影响,并比较了研究周期内不同充放电次数下的优化结果。仿真算例结果表明该算法也适用于中长期的储能电站优化运行策略的制定。
