隶属函数与欧氏距离相结合的配电网优化重构Optimal Distribution Network Reconfiguration Combining Fuzzy Membership With Euclidean Distance

摘要(Abstract):
基于模糊数学隶属函数和空间欧氏距离,提出一种配电网多目标优化重构方法。从降低网络有功功率损耗和提高系统静态电压稳定性2个角度,建立配电网多目标优化重构模型,得到可同时降低网络有功损耗、提高线路功率传输裕度、减少节点电压偏移的重构方案。采用隶属函数将不同属性、不同量纲的多个目标转换为单目标满意度,再与欧氏距离相结合确定整体模糊满足度,将复杂多目标优化问题简化为单目标问题,避免了传统多目标问题权重选择的不准确性。采用改进开关状态更新、自适应惯性权重的二进制粒子群算法,综合分析满足约束条件、目标函数达到综合最优的重构结果。通过IEEE 33节点系统仿真,结果表明该方法的可行性和有效性。
