京津唐电网风力发电并网调峰特性分析Analysis on Peak Load Regulation Performance of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Power Grid With Wind Farms Connected

摘要(Abstract):
京津唐电网是以火电为主的电网,电网调峰能力不足。近年来河北北部坝上地区风电资源的大规模集中开发,使电网在低谷负荷时段的调峰问题日益突出。文中从电网的负荷特性和电源构成着手,通过对2010年电网在不同月份、不同电源备用率下的调峰、调频特性进行分析,得出了2010年京津唐电网的调峰能力,为京津唐电网风电的合理开发提供了借鉴。
