三相换流器交流侧扰动特性的定性及定量分析Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis on AC-side Disturbance Characteristics of Three-phase Converter

摘要(Abstract):
为探究新能源并网引起的振荡问题,从定性和定量两方面对并网换流器的交流侧扰动特性进行了研究。首先,从频率变换的角度出发,定性分析了交流侧扰动在换流器内部的传递情况;并借助于时空相矢图特别解释了二倍频互补频率扰动分量的产生机理。然后,对换流器内部各扰动分量间的定量关系进行了推导,并推得换流器的端口导纳、转移导纳及频率耦合效应矩阵,其中特别考虑了锁相环的影响。最后,通过时域仿真对上述推导进行了验证,并分析了换流器的负电阻效应。研究表明,锁相环的输出相位扰动导致了dq轴扰动分量的不对称,并进而引起了扰动分量间的频率耦合效应;另外,当网络电阻不足以抵消换流器的负电阻时,电力网络存在谐振不稳定的风险。
