摘要(Abstract):
分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)具有启动速度快、结构简单、反应灵活等特点,在配电网黑启动中发挥着重要作用。分析了在电网大面积停电情况下基于DG的配电网局部自我恢复方案。因DG的发电功率不能满足配电网中所有负荷的供电,首先在主网分区恢复方案下,根据DG的性能和重要负荷的分布对配电网进行划分;然后讨论了分区后DG启动顺序及恢复路径的优化,以保证能够在尽可能短的时间内恢复尽可能多的重要负荷。该方法以最小路径权值和最大重要负荷恢复量为目标,满足负荷的恢复量不超过DG发电量等约束条件,采用改进粒子群算法进行求解。算例结果验证了该方法的有效性。
