考虑多重不确定性的综合能源系统日前优化调度Day-ahead Optimal Dispatch of an Integrated Energy System Considering Multiple Uncertainty

摘要(Abstract):
可再生能源出力和负荷的不确定性对综合能源系统优化调度提出了挑战。由可再生能源、大电网、热电联产机组、储电系统、储热系统和燃气锅炉等设备以及热、电负荷组合构成的综合能源系统经济调度模型,考虑到系统中可再生能源发电和负荷预测误差等多重不确定性特征,提出一种基于区间线性随机机会约束规划的优化调度策略。用概率分布函数描述系统中可再生能源发电预测的不确定性,用区间数描述负荷预测不确定性,由此构建了一个区间线性随机机会约束规划模型,利用Gurobi求解器对模型进行求解。通过一个热电综合系统将所提方法与单一的区间线性规划和随机机会约束规划模型进行了对比研究。结果表明,所提方法平均运行成本更低,对预测精度的依赖性更低,在保证系统安全运行的同时能提高综合能源系统运行的经济性。
